RESPONSIBILITIES

  • DELIVER HIGHEST LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER

  • DEVELOP POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

  • COOPERATE WITH OTHER TEAMS AND TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER REQUESTS, PROBLEMS AND DOCUMENTING ACTIONS

  • ARRANGE CUSTOMER APPOINTMENTS

  • HANDLE AND FOLLOW-UP ON CUSTOMER CASES & SAMPLE

  • PERFORM AD HOC PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

  • HIGHER DIPLOMA OR ABOVE

  • CANDIDATE WITH LESS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

  • FRESH GRADUATES & IANG HOLDERS ARE WELCOMED

  • MATURE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AGGRESSIVE, SELF-MOTIVATED AND STRONG DESIRE TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO ACCURACY AND DETAILS

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • PROFICIENT IN COMPUTER SKILLS, E.G. MICROSOFT OFFICE, STRONG CHINESE TYPING SKILL

  • GOOD COMMAND OF SPOKEN MANDARIN, CANTONESE

  • EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY, HEALTH, PREGNANCY & MATERNITY OR MEDICAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PREFERRED

  • 1-2 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES/ADMIN IS A PLUS
