RESPONSIBILITIES
DELIVER HIGHEST LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER
DEVELOP POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
COOPERATE WITH OTHER TEAMS AND TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER REQUESTS, PROBLEMS AND DOCUMENTING ACTIONS
ARRANGE CUSTOMER APPOINTMENTS
HANDLE AND FOLLOW-UP ON CUSTOMER CASES & SAMPLE
PERFORM AD HOC PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
HIGHER DIPLOMA OR ABOVE
CANDIDATE WITH LESS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
FRESH GRADUATES & IANG HOLDERS ARE WELCOMED
MATURE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AGGRESSIVE, SELF-MOTIVATED AND STRONG DESIRE TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO ACCURACY AND DETAILS
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
PROFICIENT IN COMPUTER SKILLS, E.G. MICROSOFT OFFICE, STRONG CHINESE TYPING SKILL
GOOD COMMAND OF SPOKEN MANDARIN, CANTONESE
EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY, HEALTH, PREGNANCY & MATERNITY OR MEDICAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PREFERRED
1-2 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES/ADMIN IS A PLUS
